It’s kinda remarkable that before ever stepping foot in an agency, our 17th graduating quarter had already bought into a core creative philosophy — never stop pushing. They didn’t stop after the first concepting session. Or the second. Or the twenty-second. Hell, if push ever came to shove they’d probably still keep pushing (they’re too sweet to resort to violence). It’s a special group that finds the fun in pushing, knowing that putting in the work doesn’t always have to be hard. And of course all that is made even easier when they so easily pushed each other as well as they pushed themselves. So to all future DAD classes, consider yourselves notified — our Q17 didn’t push this far for you to just stop.

Easy come, easy going.
The vibes were on point with our 16th graduating quarter. They entered DAD an easy going bunch. They quickly meshed. They were gracious, collaborative creative partners. They hung out. They vacationed together (once). Oh… did we mention this was an online quarter? Guess that physical separation didn’t do much to keep them apart creatively. It’s hard to work with others so well in this industry, but luckily our Q16 is good at making things look easy.

All over the place.
What do you get when you bring together 16 randos from all over the country, some in-person and some online, all from disparate backgrounds with varying skillsets? Anywhere else you’d have a discordant disaster. At DAD, we got our 15th graduating quarter. Working separately as two cohorts they leaned on each other for help, they trusted each other to do their own thing, and when needed they even came together as one big group. In the end they finished DAD with our widest breadth of work yet, from hard-hitting social commentary about the seriousness of our lives right now to soft-jiggling commentary on not taking life so seriously. Guess our Q15 was always at home being all over the place.
